Carnegie Mellon University’s Undergraduate Catalog is an annual publication that outlines the university’s academic programs and degrees, course descriptions, and relevant policies and services.

While the information presented reflects the university’s offerings as of August 2025, updates may occur throughout the academic year. For the most current program requirements, students are encouraged to consult directly with their academic department.

Questions or suggested changes to the catalog may be directed to catalog@andrew.cmu.edu. Please note: once the PDF version is finalized and archived, updates will only be made to the online version.

The next edition of the catalog will be published in August 2026. In the meantime, newly approved courses will be listed in the Schedule of Classes, published each November and April.
